If you’re a fan of the Disney Channel Halloween classic Twitches (2005), you’ll definitely be familiar with this house. Twitches was filmed around Toronto and even features iconic city landmarks like Casa Loma.
Both the exterior and interior of this Bridle Path mansion are featured in this movie. In Twitches, Canryn and Alex can be seen driving up to the house which is decked out in Halloween decorations, then they step inside and see the double staircase.

I was actually rewatching Twicthes for my post about Casa Loma when I had this revelation: I know this house! But where have I seen it before? It didn’t take much research, because a lot of keen eyed viewers were able to put the pieces together for me. This house is the famous Regina George house from Mean Girls (2004)!
